The Mill in Vicofertile

In Vicofertile, a small village just outside Parma’s ancient Via Francigena, along the waterway that made move his millstones, there is our mill, equipped with the
best technologies (including the new optical sorter) and with large storage capacity
for grain and flours. Here there is also our bakery laboratory, used to do
research and development for new products and to test flour by monitoring the behavior
and stability to ensure the quality of our products.
