Once Italy was a leading country in grain production. Today, the many urbanisations accomplices who stole the land to agriculture, and the simultaneous growth of many in the past poorly organized countries, our country imports wheat. Australia, Canada, Ukraine and Austria are the largest producers, and Italy is forced to buy the raw material to supply flour to bakers, pizza makers and those working in industrial form.
The Molino Denti in Borzano of Albinea, is one of the major companies in the milling field . Millers for generations, Ermanno Denti and the children have in a few years multiplied its turnover. Agri7 show how Molino Denti head the grain and what evidence is submitted to verify their health, goodness and characteristics.
