SOURCE OF THE PERSONAL DATA: The personal data collected by Molino Denti is collected directly from the Data Subject completing this form.

PURPOSE OF THE DATA PROCESSING & LEGAL BASIS: The processing of the personal data collected and stored in relation to the compilation of this form has the Data Subject’s consent as its legal basis and is carried out for the following purposes: responding to requests for information sent via the form, providing assistance and support services, proceeding with the requested newsletter subscription, sending instructions, information and commercial communications, and managing commercial profiling activities.

DATA RECIPIENTS: Within the limits of the stated processing purposes, the data will not be disclosed to third parties unless explicitly requested.

RETENTION PERIOD: The collected data will be stored for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which were collected (under the principle of “storage limitation”, Article 5, GDPR) or the limitations defined by law. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT: The Data Subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller access to, correction of or erasure of the data concerning him or her, the limitation of its processing or the possibility to oppose its processing, its portability, or the revocation of consent to its processing, by asserting these and the other rights provided by the GDPR via simple communication to the Data Controller. The Data Subject may also lodge a complaint with the privacy supervisory authority.

NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF THE DATA: The provision of the data is optional concerning certain fields and mandatory for others (those indicated by an asterisk). If such mandatory data is not provided, the form will not be submitted.

NATURE OF THE CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING: Consent to the processing of the data is optional and may be given by means of marking the dedicated check-box. However, if the check-box is not marked, the form will not be submitted.

DATA PROCESSING METHODS: The provided personal data will be subject to processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations undertaken by the Data Controller. The data will be processed in hard copy and digital format and using any other adequate method, in compliance with the technical and organizational security measures provided for by the GDPR.
