Richemont Club at Denti Lab

With great enthusiasm, on July 6th, Molino Denti welcomed a truly special event at the Denti Lab, located within the Vicofertile (PR) facility. The Richemont Club organized an exclusive training day designed for its members—an occasion that beautifully blended technical expertise, heartfelt passion, and a genuine spirit of sharing.

Alessandro Bresciani, expert technician at Molino Denti and long-time member of the Richemont Club, led participants on a captivating journey into the world of Molino Denti flours. His insights into the characteristics of the Pasticceria, Panificazione, and Infibra lines were far more than technical explanations; they were true stories that conveyed the soul of each blend, the value of dedicated research, and the unwavering commitment to quality that defines Molino Denti. Using one flour from each line, Bresciani created innovative baked goods that demonstrated how a simple ingredient can be transformed into products that surprise, inspire, and push the boundaries of tradition—while always remaining rooted in it.

Adding further depth to the experience was a guided tour of the production facility, led by Ermanno Denti, founder and owner of Molino Denti. With words full of passion and pride, he revealed not only the secrets behind the milling process but also the vision and values that guide every choice made by the company.

It was an intense and inspiring day, filled with discoveries, aromas, and meaningful exchange among professionals united by a shared love for their craft.
