Flour for pizza ideal for the preparation of direct doughs of short duration or that require leavening time of up to 8 hours. FAST flours are obtained from a careful selection of Italian and foreign grains that guarantee the consistency of the product and, with a good gluten content, make the flour extremely versatile and excellent for the preparation of Italian plate pizza, pan pizza or focaccia. Rising time: 4-8 hours.
