Ingredients

  • 500 g Egg yolks
  • 680 g Granulated sugar
  • 385 g Cream
  • 16 g Baking
  • 8 g Vanilla extract
  • 165 g Liquid butter
  • 530 g Flour “Primamacina lievitati”

Directions

  1. Mix egg yolks and sugar, after add cream and vanilla.
  2. Combine flour and baking, then add liquid butter at 40/45 degrees.
  3. Fill muffin cases with sac-à-poche and bake it for about 20 minutes at 180° degrees.
  4. Freshly baked you can fill the cake with jam or chocolate.
  5. For the chocolate version, replace the 10% of flour with cocoa.
