Ingredients

  • 350 g Butter
  • 175 g Powdered sugar
  • 50 g Acacia honey
  • Half grated lemon zest
  • Half vanilla bean
  • 85 g Egg yolks
  • 2 g Salt
  • 500 g Flour “Frolla”
  • 5 g Baking powder

Directions

  1. Using a mixer with steel flat beater stir sugar, honey and flavouring, without whipping the mixture.
  2. Add the egg yolks with salt. Eventually add flour and baking.
