Tarts Shortcrust

Ingredients
- 350 g Butter
- 175 g Powdered sugar
- 50 g Acacia honey
- Half grated lemon zest
- Half vanilla bean
- 85 g Egg yolks
- 2 g Salt
- 500 g Flour “Frolla”
- 5 g Baking powder
Directions
- Using a mixer with steel flat beater stir sugar, honey and flavouring, without whipping the mixture.
- Add the egg yolks with salt. Eventually add flour and baking.
